    From calling in the service repair to picking the car up the team was professional the mechanic new how to fix the problem and did great job. I had taken it to another deal intown and they did not fix the problem and said it was something totally different and could not get the part to fix it. They charge me for bring it in. Sent me off Un repaired. At LayFayette they took the time to find the problem and were able to fix the problem. I will only be dealing with LaFayette Ford with my car. I would highly recommend them for your car needs.

    From the moment we stepped on the lot to the days after our vehicle purchase my husband and I's expectations were exceeded! We previously had a horrible car buying experience a few years ago at another (out of state) dealership so we were hesitant this go around. Our salesman, Pinto, went above and beyond in listening to what I wanted. At no point did I feel nervous or pressured into anything throughout the whole experience. Diego, the finance manager, was just as great! The handoff between Pinto and Diego was smooth and we never felt like we were "just another sale". We felt comfortable and almost like family when we left there. We are moving in May and we would 100% travel back to Fayetteville if we were ever in need of another vehicle. Hands downs, one of the best experiences we have had!

    Had an amazing experience at Lafayette Ford today! Stopped in “just to look”. Stacy Smith greeted me right away and was extremely friendly. Initially I asked to see a Bronco Sport since I hadn’t seen one in person. Stacy brought it around for me and while I liked it, it wasn’t quite what we were looking for. Long story short, he let me know they had a Lincoln Corsair in the back and I asked to see it. I knew it was immediately just what we wanted. Stacy made my wife and I feel at home and I loved his honesty. The great experience continued once we got to the finance department. Diego was fun and engaging. We shared some life stories and had some laughs. Normally, the finance part is the boring part. Not so in this case. Could’ve talked with both him and Stacy for hours! Great experience and will definitely head back to them the next time we’re in the market!

    Having my vehicle at service for over 6 months due to a back order in engines, no fault of LaFayette Ford . The team did make sure I was taken care of. Ms. Julie was absolutely great and made sure I had a loaner vehicle the whole time I didn't have a car. Bruce kept me up to date every other week to update me on the status of my vehicle. And the Parts manager constantly kept me up to do date on the status of the engine and would attempt to escalate the order from the factory. Once the engine arrived, the service team wasted no time and immediately got the work done. Car is in great working order again. LaFayette Ford has a great team and great customer service. They truly do care about their customers

    I brought my truck back in for an issue from a previous visit; at first I was little disappointed because it was stated there was nothing they could do. After speaking with Mark he stated bring in back in morning and we will lift the truck up and check to see if anything is wrong from the previous visit , so I did. Later in the day i received a call and they were going to fix the issue. I just wanted to tell you how grateful I am for Lafayette Ford for and the team I worked with, you all went over and beyond to help/accommodate. Julie was absolutely amazing and the environment great. Thank you all for everything truly means so much! I was sad to give up the 2023 Expedition, but enjoyed the ride .

    I don’t often give anything a perfect review, but I feel in this it’s owed. LaFayette did amazingly, the building was well cleaned and the experience was very open, this is how car buying should be your making one of the largest purchases of your life and you shouldn’t feel pressured when doing so. I digress the staff was very punctual and courteous and the transaction was transparent and very forth coming with some slight silliness thrown in but all in good fun. I am still and was then very comfortable with my purchase and look forward to future business being done.

    I just want to give some recognition to a small representation of the unsung heroes at this dealership. It is not often that you get to meet the mechanics that work at these dealerships. My 2017 F250 was in the shop there and I had an opportunity to meet Mr Travis my mechanic. I just want to let you guys know that this dealership hires nothing but great mechanics this gentleman made sure that I felt comfortable about what had to be done with my truck and I got it back in one piece and it runs like a champ. The only drawback I had is the quick lane service was extremely slow. This is the first Ford I owned and the first time my truck was due for service. It took about 3 hours to get an oil change, tires rotated, and state inspection. Maybe my expectations were a little too high because I “assumed” the quick meant fast service. I thought I would be done no later than 60 to 90 minutes. Nevertheless, my overall experience was great. I am giving a 5 stars because Jennifer was such an awesome rep who made the long wait bearable.

Sherry has been helping us at the Quick Lane for services for around 8 years and has made sure the services we want done are taken care of. Ford or Lafayette still must require their employees to up-sell extra services, which can be annoying, but are nice to know about, but they're not pushy any more. I have nice aluminum wheels that they've scratched up a bit rotating tires, but all the rest has been great! Advice: use an insulated tool to remove hubcaps!

Since receiving my truck in November in 2022, I have had my truck serviced for one recall for software update in January 2024, and I have had one accessory installed in February2024. After the completion of each service, Josh took the time to answer any additional questions I may have had operating any of my pre-installed accessories on my truck; he ensured I was able to work those items before he left. Lastly, I would like to thank the sales manager Jimmy hill at this dealership. Just last week of February 2024, when I went back into the dealership since my last visit in November of 2022 when I picked up my truck, Jimmy hill not only remembered my name, but help me to resolve an issue that I had regarding ordering parts. On a Saturday morning before the store even opened I received a phone call from Jenni and she had made mention that the truck I was looking for was there on the lot and the dealership would accept my offer. I was thrilled! No games, no gimmicks, no back and forth negotiations to get me into the truck I was looking for. If there is anything I don’t care for it is wasted time. Life is so much easier if you could just tell someone I am willing to pay this much and if it is not what they are asking a simple no would suffice. But I had too many dealers who would strategize ways to get what they want rather than find a happy medium between both parties. Now when I arrived I was welcomed and greeted with respect and smiling faces to aid me to test driving the truck I had been searching for. After making the final decision to go ahead with the purchase I was still shocked that there were no attempts to disarm me with a higher sale price we discussed over the phone. Jenni stayed true to her word and the dealership made good on the sale. Definitely a dealership I would go back to in the future for another purchase. And I really dislike buying cars especially from dealers. Lafeyette ford and Lincoln has definitely changed my buying experience and hope for future purchases.

    The dealership was extremely courteous. I found the 2023 Kia Seltos online with CARFAX and I called Lafayette Ford to make an appointment to test drive the vehicle. I was able to go to the dealership the same day. I was allowed to drive the car around town for a bit. Then I asked if I could take it home overnight just to get a better feel for the vehicle. It was really a hassle free purchase. I had already handle my financing through the SECU, so all I had to do was to take the check to the dealership the following day and the Seltos was mine. The way they cleaned my car was very thorough and I've never seen it that clean before? They take pride in their work. I would recommend them to any other Lincoln or ford owner. Plus, the mechanics are fast. Changing the battery on a MKX is not the easiest thing to do. I was out of there in about 30 minutes.

However when I got home and tried to open the hatch door it kept beeping and closing on me. It takes sometimes three or four times before it stays open. This never happened before so I don’t know if it is a normal malfunction or something happened in the shop. Thank you for the outstanding service I have always received.

My husband Ruben alvarez bought a car from Ford which we are literally paying an arm and a leg for , the car started making some serious noise and never once did he get fix it ! They will rig it for as long as the warranty is good for and afterwards it’s not their issue. Please these people are very dishonest and takes advantage of low income families .

    Since 2014 I have enjoyed having my car which I purchased from Lafayette Ford also serviced there, however, as good as they are the cost of doing business with local dealerships are getting a bit to expensive. For example, my last service required the replacement of the two rear brake rotors. I know dealers like other businesses must make a living but the cost was just a few dollars short of three hundred. I understand that labor was included in this bill but the only thing replaced new was two brake rotors which meant that two-thirds of my bill was for two rotors. The question that I'm left with is "why is there such a high mark-up on the price of standard products when it come from a dealer?" In conclusion, the shop does do good work and at times the turn around time is very good. However, dealer product prices in my opinion is what keeps small shops in business.
