From the moment we stepped on the lot to the days after our vehicle purchase my husband and I's expectations were exceeded! We previously had a horrible car buying experience a few years ago at another (out of state) dealership so we were hesitant this go around. Our salesman, Pinto, went above and beyond in listening to what I wanted. At no point did I feel nervous or pressured into anything throughout the whole experience. I don’t often give anything a perfect review, but I feel in this it’s owed. LaFayette did amazingly, the building was well cleaned and the experience was very open, this is how car buying should be your making one of the largest purchases of your life and you shouldn’t feel pressured when doing so. I picked up a nail in my side wall over the weekend. I arrived @ the quick lube at 0900 and was out with a new tire just before noon. All in all good experience Sherry was not knowledgeable about the warranty I had but got right on the phone and helped me figure out what needed to happen, her and her team kept me updated through out the process, all in all turned a Monday morning issue into a no big deal and got me on the road no charge, warranty covered the replacement at no cost. I purchased a 2020 Ford Fusion from Lafayette Ford and the whole experience was fantastic. No pressure, friendly, and the car was clean and detailed. One issue of the passenger seatbelt not working which was quickly resolved with a replacement in the service department. Overall great first time buying experience.

Jennifer, my customer service rep was very professional and had a great attitude. She was very helpful and kept me informed throughout the entire process. The only drawback I had is the quick lane service was extremely slow. This is the first Ford I owned and the first time my truck was due for service. It took about 3 hours to get an oil change, tires rotated, and state inspection. Maybe my expectations were a little too high because I “assumed” the quick meant fast service. I thought I would be done no later than 60 to 90 minutes. Nevertheless, my overall experience was great. I am giving a 5 stars because Jennifer was such an awesome rep who made the long wait bearable.

Lafayette Ford always takes great care of me and my family. Sherry has been helping us at the Quick Lane for services for around 8 years and has made sure the services we want done are taken care of. Ford or Lafayette still must require their employees to up-sell extra services, which can be annoying, but are nice to know about, but they're not pushy any more. I have nice aluminum wheels that they've scratched up a bit rotating tires, but all the rest has been great! Advice: use an insulated tool to remove hubcaps!

Making service arrangements was great. Pick-up and delivery were exceptional however I still have a rattling sound coming from the driver's side dashboard speaker. The rattle is not an everyday event and I know it may not have happened when checked by technicians and not to blame for not hearing the rattle. Though the rattle is not solved, I will always have my vehicle serviced at Lafayette Ford.

Had some issues during the Certified Warranty with the heated drivers seat. Couldn't get it to work. Gotta give the service department credit, they hung in there until they got it fixed. Can't ask for more than that. I'm a long-time patron at Lafayette. I've sent many people over there to buy from them too. Throughout the 11 months the salesperson called and emailed me updates. This had to be the best car purchase process I had by ordering online the features and accessories I wanted. The Lafayette Ford staff was exceptional. Update February 2024. Since receiving my truck in November in 2022, I have had my truck serviced for one recall for software update in January 2024, and I have had one accessory installed in February2024. Each time the service was completed at my home by Lafayette Ford's mobile service technician Josh. Josh's professionalism and his mannerism was exceptional both times. After the completion of each service, Josh took the time to answer any additional questions I may have had operating any of my pre-installed accessories on my truck; he ensured I was able to work those items before he left. Lastly, I would like to thank the sales manager Jimmy hill at this dealership. Just last week of February 2024, when I went back into the dealership since my last visit in November of 2022 when I picked up my truck, Jimmy hill not only remembered my name, but help me to resolve an issue that I had regarding ordering parts. I found it extremely gratifying that Jimmy Hill remembered my name after not see me for nearly. fifteen and a half months. Jimmy was extremely helpful in the purchasing of my vehicle, the receiving of my vehicle, and continues to be a very valuable person at Lafayette Ford.

So I have been looking for an F-150 for months. I had called dealership after dealership looking to see who would be willing to accommodate me in my search and asking price. On a Saturday morning before the store even opened I received a phone call from Jenni and she had made mention that the truck I was looking for was there on the lot and the dealership would accept my offer. I was thrilled! No games, no gimmicks, no back and forth negotiations to get me into the truck I was looking for. If there is anything I don’t care for it is wasted time. Life is so much easier if you could just tell someone I am willing to pay this much and if it is not what they are asking a simple no would suffice. But I had too many dealers who would strategize ways to get what they want rather than find a happy medium between both parties. Now when I arrived I was welcomed and greeted with respect and smiling faces to aid me to test driving the truck I had been searching for. After making the final decision to go ahead with the purchase I was still shocked that there were no attempts to disarm me with a higher sale price we discussed over the phone. Jenni stayed true to her word and the dealership made good on the sale. Definitely a dealership I would go back to in the future for another purchase. And I really dislike buying cars especially from dealers. Lafeyette ford and Lincoln has definitely changed my buying experience and hope for future purchases.

The dealership was extremely courteous. I found the 2023 Kia Seltos online with CARFAX and I called Lafayette Ford to make an appointment to test drive the vehicle. I was able to go to the dealership the same day. I was allowed to drive the car around town for a bit. Then I asked if I could take it home overnight just to get a better feel for the vehicle. It was really a hassle free purchase. I had already handle my financing through the SECU, so all I had to do was to take the check to the dealership the following day and the Seltos was mine. The employees at this site are very knowledgeable. They seem like they are eager to work. And, they explain everything to you as the job is being done. The way they cleaned my car was very thorough and I've never seen it that clean before? They take pride in their work. I would recommend them to any other Lincoln or ford owner. Plus, the mechanics are fast. Changing the battery on a MKX is not the easiest thing to do. I was out of there in about 30 minutes.

The repair was excellent. The advisors were great and treated me like a valued customer. I bought my car there and have always had it serviced and/ or repaired there. However when I got home and tried to open the hatch door it kept beeping and closing on me. It takes sometimes three or four times before it stays open. This never happened before so I don’t know if it is a normal malfunction or something happened in the shop. Thank you for the outstanding service I have always received.

We recently purchased a F150 from Lafayette Ford in Fayetteville and had the pleasure of working with Jennie Griffin. She was very knowledgeable of the vehicle and the process. The truck had not arrived at the dealership, so she gave us the option of putting down a deposit. We ended up putting a deposit down and when the truck arrived she contacted us right away. We worked through a few details over the phone and the next day we went to the dealership. Jennie was waiting for my wife and I when we arrived. We started losing air in one of the tires on our Ford Expedition traveling between Florida and Virginia. I called and they said come right in. We were greeted promoting and the tire was repaired with a full warranty at no charge. We were in and out within less than 1 1/2 hours. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I wish every Ford dealership was like these guys!

We went in on Monday and met a great salesman, Joseph Autry. He showed us around and took time to understand what I was looking for. By Tuesday I was riding in a 2023 Ford Escape. I love my new vehicle and appreciate everything that Joseph and Tim in finance done for me. Thank yall so much.

Went in for an oil change and it looked like a long wait. Initially I had time, but I got a call and had to deal with work. I was shocked when they offered a demo because I'd already been there for 90 mins and I was going to have to have to come back on another day. The customer service has always been great but this was next level

Working with Marie was a blessing, when ordering my truck, changing the order, and receiving it. Everytime I came in, what I needed was taken care of in minutes. When it came to financing and leaving with my new truck, just a couple of hours for this. Marie did an awesome job trying to explain all the features to me (coming from a 2011 to a 2023, it was a lot to take in). Everyone at LaFayette Ford was extremely helpful and nice, including when I had came back with a question.

Wow! I can’t say how impressed I am. This is hands down the best dealership I have worked with in my life. While all of the staff seemed to be absolutely amazing I especially want to recognize Kyle, Diego, and Kim. Really amazing people who went the extra mile to help me achieve everything i was looking for and more. Kyle was able to listen to me talk briefly about the the types of cars I would be interested in seeing, and the very first car he brought forward i was absolutely in love with. He also managed to meet all of my financial goals and put in a tremendous effort to make that happen. Diego is one of the hardest and nicest people I've ever met! He answerer all of my questions in great detail and I had a very clear understanding of what was available to me at Ford and everything to do with finance. He even stayed a couple hours late and took the extra time to help me thoroughly understand all of my options and finish everything I needed. Kim was exceptionally responsive and made himself fully available to tackle ongoing questions. Kim has a fantastic ability to connect with all of his customers and he is incredibly professional! These three individuals together made my dreams come true and ordered the exact car i was looking for - within less than 24 hours i was able to pick it up and drive it home. I doubt i'll ever work with another dealership again. These people are trust worthy, and genuine! I highly recommend anyone looking for their next vehicle to give this dealership a shot! Jennie was instrumental in finding my truck during the chip shortage. I’d just bought a camper and needed a bigger truck to pull it. Jennie had one ordered that a customer had backed out on and it fit the bill for what I needed perfectly. It took several weeks for it to be built and delivered but Jennie kept me up to date the whole time. She is a shining star at Lafayette Ford.

LaFayette Ford has always taken consideration of the maintenance, and keeping me well informed of the needs of my truck.

Making arrangements for service was great. Pick up and delivery were exceptional however I still have a rattle sound coming from the drivers side dashboard speaker. Problem was not solved.

Since 2014 I have enjoyed having my car which I purchased from Lafayette Ford also serviced there, however, as good as they are the cost of doing business with local dealerships are getting a bit to expensive. For example, my last service required the replacement of the two rear brake rotors. I know dealers like other businesses must make a living but the cost was just a few dollars short of three hundred. I understand that labor was included in this bill but the only thing replaced new was two brake rotors which meant that two-thirds of my bill was for two rotors. The question that I'm left with is "why is there such a high mark-up on the price of standard products when it come from a dealer?" In conclusion, the shop does do good work and at times the turn around time is very good. However, dealer product prices in my opinion is what keeps small shops in business.

This review is for Ford Service. Overall I had a good experience. My service rep was Mark and he did a good job of informing me as to the status of my car. The waiting room could use some vending machines but that is personal preference.

What started out to be like another dealership turned out too be different. We ended up going in three days and working the numbers until everyone was happy.
