I had a great experience at your dealership and had to let someone know. Having gone more than twelve years without financing anything, I was a little apprehensive about stepping out to do this. I was referred to Woody Burrose, by my brother-in-law. Woody gave me a quick call to introduce himself. He gave me all the information I asked for , gave me time to consult with others on the facts of the vehicles and just made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire selection process. Woody then walked me to James Browns office. Mr Brown explained all the details and we closed the deal. The following Tuesday, Mr Brown called me to let me know that he had found a way to save me some money and asked if I could return to his office. He could have sent my paperwork right on thru, "as is", but he made that extra effort and I surely do appreciate it. This experience that started out with anxiety turned out to be great. I am very pleased with the pre-owned 2010 Fusion I purchased but am even more satisfied with the customer service involved in the entire process.
