    Jennie was instrumental in finding my truck during the chip shortage. I’d just bought a camper and needed a bigger truck to pull it. Jennie had one ordered that a customer had backed out on and it fit the bill for what I needed perfectly. It took several weeks for it to be built and delivered but Jennie kept me up to date the whole time. She is a shining star at Lafayette Ford.

    Since 2014 I have enjoyed having my car which I purchased from Lafayette Ford also serviced there, however, as good as they are the cost of doing business with local dealerships are getting a bit to expensive. For example, my last service required the replacement of the two rear brake rotors. I know dealers like other businesses must make a living but the cost was just a few dollars short of three hundred. I understand that labor was included in this bill but the only thing replaced new was two brake rotors which meant that two-thirds of my bill was for two rotors. The question that I'm left with is "why is there such a high mark-up on the price of standard products when it come from a dealer?" In conclusion, the shop does do good work and at times the turn around time is very good. However, dealer product prices in my opinion is what keeps small shops in business.

    always a nice experience here at Lafayette. Jerome in Parts knows his stuff and is always willing to help me with any parts related questions that I have. Also want to take the time to give a shout out the the service department, my wife had several recalls done to her Explorer recently and they treated her with the upmost respect and kindness. Thank you to whoever the tech was that performed the recalls to her vehicle and thank you to the writer that made sure she had a loaner vehicle to use while her vehicle was being taken care of. Excellent job Lafayette!

    Experience was great! The whole process was very quick and easy. Purchased a 2021 Ford Ranger that looks and drives amazing! I’m now wishing I went with a 4 door truck instead of Supercab for family use. Cannot fit the whole family in the truck easily.

    Had an amazing experience at Lafayette Ford today! Stopped in “just to look”. Stacy Smith greeted me right away and was extremely friendly. Initially I asked to see a Bronco Sport since I hadn’t seen one in person. Stacy brought it around for me and while I liked it, it wasn’t quite what we were looking for. Long story short, he let me know they had a Lincoln Corsair in the back and I asked to see it. I knew it was immediately just what we wanted. Stacy made my wife and I feel at home and I loved his honesty. The great experience continued once we got to the finance department. Diego was fun and engaging. We shared some life stories and had some laughs. Normally, the finance part is the boring part. Not so in this case. Could’ve talked with both him and Stacy for hours! Great experience and will definitely head back to them the next time we’re in the market!

    I don’t often give anything a perfect review, but I feel in this it’s owed. LaFayette did amazingly, the building was well cleaned and the experience was very open, this is how car buying should be your making one of the largest purchases of your life and you shouldn’t feel pressured when doing so. I digress the staff was very punctual and courteous and the transaction was transparent and very forth coming with some slight silliness thrown in but all in good fun. I am still and was then very comfortable with my purchase and look forward to future business being done.

    I drove in from Texas because my Mother needed assistance with selling hey fairly new vehicle after she experienced some medical issues and was unable to drive anymore. I called Ford and they immediately suggested LaFayette. So, I took her car to LaFayette and in less than one hour this dealership offered her an incredible price for her car. Now I know why she has relied on Lafayette Ford of Fayetteville for so many years to purchase her Ford vehicles. The folks there are like family to her. They handled her situation like she was party of their very own family. Thanks guys! And, a VERY special thank you to Ms. Marie for all the extra effort in ensuring the process flowed so smoothly.     I had a great experience at Lafayette. I dealt with Kyle, Jeris, Diego and Bobby. My situation was unique with a crazy time crunch due to an accident and they were very accommodating to my needs/budget. Each one of these guys were a hoot to be around, even when I had to bring my kiddos in to sign documents they joked around with them making us feel very comfortable. This dealership was recommended after a not so good experience at another Ford dealership and I’m so thankful they helped make an already stressful situation less stressful, these guys are great!

    I had a really great experience the day i purchase my Ford Edge. I mean down to the sec i landed on their lot. I met Beth and her bubbly personality. She showed me the best vehicle she had that met my needs. I am still very satisfied with my purchase and the finance team were great folks.     I recently had my initial maintenance service completed on my daughter’s 2016 Edge Sport at the Quick Lane and I was very pleased with service and completion time.     I recently purchased a 2022 Bronco Sport. Marie was my initial contact, and was absolutely amazing. She kept me informed about my unit every step of the way, and went over all of the features with me before I left. Diego helped me with my purchasing paperwork and he was also amazing, they even let my dog hang out with me while they were finishing everything up.     Jennifer, my customer service rep was very professional and had a great attitude. She was very helpful and kept me informed throughout the entire process. The only drawback I had is the quick lane service was extremely slow. This is the first Ford I owned and the first time my truck was due for service. It took about 3 hours to get an oil change, tires rotated, and state inspection. Maybe my expectations were a little too high because I “assumed” the quick meant fast service. I thought I would be done no later than 60 to 90 minutes. Nevertheless, my overall experience was great. I am giving a 5 stars because Jennifer was such an awesome rep who made the long wait bearable.

    Josh Watkins with service is so kind. I dropped my car off Sunday evening for it to be evaluated for a recall and first thing Monday morning he called me, let me know he got my car and discussed the next steps with me. Later on that day, he followed up with me once again, to let me know where he got with the previous steps and what he would be doing next and made sure I was in the loop and understood what the next step would be. He is so very kind, professional and pleasant to speak with. Best customer service.

    Julie from the rental department and Bruce (service advisor) went above and beyond their duties to ensure excellent customer satisfaction/service. I was having car trouble and a stressful day prior to dropping my car to the dealership for repair, near closing time. They eliminated stress by providing a rental, being knowledgeable and honest, answered all my questions, and made sure I was informed on my services details. Bruce greeted me with a warm, kind smile and Julie moved quickly with paperwork and briefed me thoroughly on how to operate the vehicle safely. They both help me get me on my way home to my family soon. They both are professional, helpful and deserve promotions. I would recommend customers be approach by them daily, they examples that other employees should follow!

    Lafayette Ford always takes great care of me and my family. Sherry has been helping us at the Quick Lane for services for around 8 years and has made sure the services we want done are taken care of. Ford or Lafayette still must require their employees to up-sell extra services, which can be annoying, but are nice to know about, but they're not pushy any more. I have nice aluminum wheels that they've scratched up a bit rotating tires, but all the rest has been great! Advice: use an insulated tool to remove hubcaps!

After going to multiple dealers and not being able to find cars, my mother and I were about to give up but then we drove by Ford and decided to give it a try.     Marie Wright is my Sales Rep. I called her on the phone, told Marie what I was looking for, where I had been already & asked if she could beat their offer. She said yes! I provided the info Marie needed and she got to work on the details right away. Later that same day Marie contacted me about what she had in stock, prices & their offer. I went to the location, test drove, discussed options & agreed to the terms of the offer. I drove away in my 2021 Bronco Sport the next day. Buying a vehicle was easy and hassle free.     Purchased a 2018 F-150 Super-Crew Lariat. I've always had a positive experience with the sales team and finance office at Lafayette. Jennie and Gene are 5 stars for sure! Had some issues during the Certified Warranty with the heated drivers seat. Couldn't get it to work. Gotta give the service department credit, they hung in there until they got it fixed. Can't ask for more than that. I'm a long-time patron at Lafayette. I've sent many people over there to buy from them too. I pastor a great church in Fayetteville and everyone I've sent there leaves happy. So far, I've been very happy there too. Thanks for everything!

    So I have been looking for an F-150 for months. I had called dealership after dealership looking to see who would be willing to accommodate me in my search and asking price. On a Saturday morning before the store even opened I received a phone call from Jenni and she had made mention that the truck I was looking for was there on the lot and the dealership would accept my offer. I was thrilled! No games, no gimmicks, no back and forth negotiations to get me into the truck I was looking for. If there is anything I don’t care for it is wasted time. Life is so much easier if you could just tell someone I am willing to pay this much and if it is not what they are asking a simple no would suffice. But I had too many dealers who would strategize ways to get what they want rather than find a happy medium between both parties. Now when I arrived I was welcomed and greeted with respect and smiling faces to aid me to test driving the truck I had been searching for. After making the final decision to go ahead with the purchase I was still shocked that there were no attempts to disarm me with a higher sale price we discussed over the phone. Jenni stayed true to her word and the dealership made good on the sale. Definitely a dealership I would go back to in the future for another purchase. And I really dislike buying cars especially from dealers. Lafeyette ford and Lincoln has definitely changed my buying experience and hope for future purchases.

    This was the best buying experience I have ever had. Salesman Stacy Smith was awesome to work with. He helped me choose the best vehicle for me, walked me through the buying experience, had all the paperwork ready to go into the finance office and took care of my vehicle while I was in finance. Kyle Sessoms who I later found out was a Sales Manager was extremely personable and easy to work with as well. The Finance Officer Diego was easy to work with and had me in and out of finance quickly, while explaining everything in detail. What a remarkable team.     We had an amazing experience! Pinto greeted us in the parking lot, he was very attentive but did not hover. Let us test drive a few cars then move our car seats all around to make sure we would fit in a few different configurations. He was not pushy and made us very comfortable. We ended up purchasing a ford explorer and could not be happier!! He also spoke and listened to me and not just my husband which was a breath of fresh air!     We recently purchased a F150 from Lafayette Ford in Fayetteville and had the pleasure of working with Jennie Griffin. She was very knowledgeable of the vehicle and the process. The truck had not arrived at the dealership, so she gave us the option of putting down a deposit. We ended up putting a deposit down and when the truck arrived she contacted us right away. We worked through a few details over the phone and the next day we went to the dealership. Jennie was waiting for my wife and I when we arrived. After taking the truck on a test drive and returning to the dealership, she answered all of our questions. Any concerns that we had, she made sure they were all taken care of. We never felt pressured during our experience. Before contacting the dealership, I read a ton of great reviews written by other customers about working with Jennie. She definitely lived up to all of the great reviews and further impressed us. She has great customer service, communication, and remembers all of the details no matter how small.     Wow! I can’t say how impressed I am. This is hands down the best dealership I have worked with in my life. While all of the staff seemed to be absolutely amazing I especially want to recognize Kyle, Diego, and Kim. Really amazing people who went the extra mile to help me achieve everything i was looking for and more. Kyle was able to listen to me talk briefly about the the types of cars I would be interested in seeing, and the very first car he brought forward i was absolutely in love with. He also managed to meet all of my financial goals and put in a tremendous effort to make that happen. Diego is one of the hardest and nicest people I've ever met! He answerer all of my questions in great detail and I had a very clear understanding of what was available to me at Ford and everything to do with finance. He even stayed a couple hours late and took the extra time to help me thoroughly understand all of my options and finish everything I needed. Kim was exceptionally responsive and made himself fully available to tackle ongoing questions. Kim has a fantastic ability to connect with all of his customers and he is incredibly professional! These three individuals together made my dreams come true and ordered the exact car i was looking for - within less than 24 hours i was able to pick it up and drive it home. I doubt i'll ever work with another dealership again. These people are trust worthy, and genuine! I highly recommend anyone looking for their next vehicle to give this dealership a shot!
